    The Character Development Program in Tennessee

    As part of the Medal of Honor Project’s involvement in 2014 Medal of Honor Convention, one of our graduate students, Nichole Stevens, produced a 8-minute video chronicling the deployment of Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation’s Character Development Program in schools across the state of Tennessee. The video was played on the jumbotron at Neyland Stadium as part of the Character Development Program dinner held during the convention at the stadium on UT’s campus.

    Medal of Honor Recipients Col. Donald “Doc” Ballard and Staff Sgt. Clinton Romesha were on hand for a Town Hall forum at Cox Auditorium in the Alumni Memorial Building on the UT campus. The forum was hosted by the MoH Project and the School of Journalism and Electronic Media in conjunction with the Medal of Honor Convention that was held in Knoxville Sept. 10 – 13. The forum was a unique opportunity for the UT community to ask questions directly with Medal of Honor recipients.
